Our Story

ABR REAL ESTATE, LLC WAS FOUNDED IN 2018 IN HONOR OF MY DECEASED MOTHER AND BEST FRIEND, Almeter Boyd Robinson (ABR). I am a graduate of Clemson University with a Engineering Degree. I attended Clemson on a full academic scholarship, receiving multiple academic scholarships. I began my career at an Architectural Millwork firm. The firm designed, built and installed high end products for the White House, State Department, USA Today and many other high end clients. I later became the Sales Manager for the high end bakery in Washington DC. After leaving this position, I founded and owned my own successful vending business in DC, Maryland, VA for over ten years. I sold my business in 2015 and began my real estate career.
I embarked on my real estate career at Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., in Bethesda (Elm Street Office) in 2016. I was the Rookie Salesman of the Year my first year in real estate and received several additional awards during my tenure at L&F for outstanding achievements. During my successful career at L&F, I developed several loyal, dedicated clients and investors. After obtaining all of the critical tools to have mastered my craft in real estate. I founded ABR REAL ESTATE, LLC. I am a broker/owner in DC, MD, and VA. I am also a former loan officer and appraiser. My clients are fully covered during business with ABR from the beginning to the end of their real estate transactions. ABR REAL ESTATE. LLC caters to buyers, sellers, renters - including all Section 8 voucher holders and investors. We do high-end residential, commercial, and land sales.
I cater to very successful -powerful part-time agents (unlike most large companies) that have a large sphere of influence. My goal is to train and bring as many minorities into real estate as possible and at the same time having a very inclusive agency to and for all people.
